Ideally 1 on 1 sessions are best. However, group informational sessions can be considered. Please make an appointment for a consultation.

After we have received full payment and the signed terms and conditions contract for the program selected, we begin promptly scheduling the initial strategy session. The intake assessment and strategy session will be the foundation for the personalized program plan.
